Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel, please contact us at our email with your Order ID.
  • Once cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.

 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
  • Only size exchanges or product exchanges are allowed for the same or higher value product (subject to stock availability).
  • In case of a return, the full amount (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded directly to your bank account once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after approval.

 

3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
A product will be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It is returned with the original tags, invoice, and packaging.
  • The return/exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or made-to-order garments.
  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or washing by the customer.
  • Items returned beyond the 3 days.

 

4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us clear images or videos of the issue along with your order details on our email: info@orchidapparel.in
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your bank account within 7 working days after the returned product reaches us.
  • Please note: minor colour or print variations are natural in hand-printed and handcrafted fabrics and are not considered defects.

 

5. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email within 3 days of delivery to raise a request.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions.
  3. You can either:
    • Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier, at your cost, or
    • Request a reverse pickup (available only for defective/damaged/wrong product shipped by Orchid Apparel).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns or exchanges (due to size or preference), the shipping cost for return pickup will be borne by the customer.
  • If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Orchid Apparel will bear the full return and replacement shipping cost.

 

7. Important Note

  • Please unbox your parcel immediately upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours.
  • By placing an order with Orchid Apparel, you agree to this Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.
  • Orchid Apparel reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
