Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹10,000 enjoy free shipping across India.
- For orders below ₹10,000, standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 2 business days, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch, so you can track your parcel in real-time.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, and other unforeseen conditions.
Unavailability of Product
- In rare cases, if a product goes out of stock or a collection is discontinued, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternate option along with an additional discount as a goodwill gesture.
Taxes & Duties
- For domestic deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the product prices listed on our website.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges as per their country’s laws and regulations.
Delivery Attempts
- If there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner or the package is refused by the recipient, we will ship it again only after receiving the returned parcel and payment for re-shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We are not accepting COD orders at the moment. Once this option becomes available, we’ll update the policy accordingly.
Risk & Responsibility
- All shipments are carefully packed and handed over to our courier partners. However, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery at the provided address.
