3. Eligibility / Age

4. Products & Ordering

4.1 All product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions are for illustration only; we try to be accurate, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
4.2 We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for items out of stock, pricing error, or if we suspect fraud).
4.3 Once your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation either through call, email or Whatsapp.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

5.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, customs, or import fees for orders delivered outside India (if applicable).
5.3 Payment methods accepted: credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

6.1 After payment confirmation, we will ship your order within 2 business days, unless noted otherwise.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.3 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
6.4 For international orders, you are responsible for customs, duties, and compliance with local laws.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 We offer returns/exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to conditions (unused, tags intact, original packaging, etc.).
7.2 You must initiate the return within the specified period by contacting us at [email/contact].
7.3 Shipping costs for returns or exchanges: "In case of a return or exchange, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product received, Orchid Apparel will bear the return shipping cost."
7.4 Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
7.5 Refunds do not include original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

8.1 All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, designs, etc.) is owned or licensed by Orchid Apparel and is protected under Indian and international IP laws.
8.2 You may view, download, or print pages for personal use only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.
8.3 If you submit user-generated content (reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, adapt, and distribute such content.
